Mixcder Legal and Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Mixcder and its subsidiaries and affiliates collect and use personal and other information gathered through the website. It applies to our website and all products we sell.


Our Privacy Policy, its use and application, is subject to relevant laws, whether these be from legislations, regulations, court orders of other legal procedures, processes and lawful requests.

What information do we collect?

The information that you enter during visiting www.mixcder.com and the setup of Mixcder hardware and software, such as name, email address, phone

number.

Personal Identifiers that you may create, including user name, account number, password.

Information about your Mixcder device, such as its IP address, activity logs and configuration.

Information and data gathered by Mixcder’s devices and sensors, such as activity, movement and motion, video footage and audio data.

Information about your mobile devices including type, brand, model and serial number, mobile ID, operating system, MAC info and mobile service provider.

Geographic, location based information and data. To make use of Mixcder’s optional feature, which automatically arms and disarms Mixcder based on the

proximity of a user’s mobile device, Mixcder will use information from your Wi-Fi routers.  

Payment information that is provided when you purchase products or services from us, for example, credit card derails do that we can carry out a transaction

on purchases made.

 

How we use it?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

Improve the service provided to you, both in terms of technical functionality and customer service/support. This information helps us to make our websites,

products and services better over time.

Assist you if you have any difficulties or issues using Mixcder software or hardware. 

Record your data and entries.  

Maintain your account and perform back up operations.

Notify you about usage of Mixcder app if it appears counter to your normal usage patterns. You can set your preferences for these notifications through the

Carry out occasional research and analysis, and send marketing messages that are relevant to the products and services we offer.

 

How your information is stored, protected or share to third parties?

We may give information to third parties who provides us with a service. For example, sharing information to vendors who provide email, website and payment

services.   

We may share information with any new owner of all or part of our business. For example, if Mixcder were acquired we may provide our customer list as part of

the sale.

We will share information in order to comply with the law or to protect our legal rights. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or

subpoena.

We may share information with government agencies or investigatory bodies upon request.   

We might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.   

We do not share information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.   

Our websites, products and services are designed for adult use. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without

permission from a parent or guardian.

 

AES 256 Encryption

We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by

law.

We store information in and outside the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your

information to the United States or our offices in other countries. Ours sites are subject to U.S. laws, which may not provide the same level of protection as those in your country.

Mixcder video storage is enable by default. The user has the option within the app to disable cloud storage, if desired, with the result being video footage to be

only stored locally.

Even when clound storage is disable, low resolution GIF image files need to be uploaded for Mixcder to function properly.

We use common tracking technologies.   

We or our vendors use common tracking tools. These may include browser or flash cookies. It may also include pixel tags, web beacons, and similar

technologies.
